Our Yoga & Massage experience is a moment created just for you, combining two complementary practices to restore harmony in both body and mind.
We begin with a 1-hour yoga class, designed to awaken your energy, improve posture, and release tension through gentle, flowing movements. Each session is guided with care and adapted to your level, helping you find balance between strength and relaxation. You will move through grounding poses, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness that calm the nervous system and bring you back to yourself.
Following your yoga practice, you transition seamlessly into a deeply relaxing massage, offered in collaboration with Lilo Sudé Massage. Skilled and intuitive, Lilo tailors each treatment to your individual needs, easing sore muscles, stimulating circulation, and creating a profound sense of release. The massage works in perfect harmony with the yoga session, allowing your body to absorb the benefits of movement while inviting total relaxation.
Whether you come alone, as a couple, or with a small group of friends, this experience is more than a class or a treatment. It is a holistic journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply well.
