I discovered yoga at a time in my life when I was working as a store manager. It was a very stressful job that often put me under pressure. I could easily lose my patience, cross my own limits, and react with anger. Yoga became a lifeline: it helped me find calm, breathe before acting, and respond with more clarity instead of reacting in frustration. Very quickly, I noticed its benefits both in my professional and personal relationships.

Cookie reminds us to take life a little less seriously, to stretch, breathe and enjoy the moment. You might not always see him on the mat, but his calm (and sometimes playful) energy is always part of our practice.
