Experience
Our instructors bring expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and wellness, offering guidance and community support on your journey to well-being. I started yoga at a time in my life when I was working as a store manager. It was a very stressful job, which often put me under pressure. I felt I could easily push myself beyond my limits, lose my patience, and react with anger. Yoga then became a lifeline for me: it helped me regain calm, breathe before acting, and stop reacting in the heat of the moment. I quickly noticed its benefits in both my professional and personal relationships.
This daily practice opened a path of transformation. It helped me gain perspective on my career. Even though I loved the products I sold and supporting clients, I no longer recognized myself in the logic of numbers and performance. Yoga slowly led me to listen to my values, to the point of deciding to stop selling and reorient myself towards architecture and building design, a more creative and aligned profession.
After the Covid period, I also had to deal with health problems related to endometriosis. The pain was very intense, but practicing yoga helped me enormously to soothe it. I adapted my sessions, I discovered specific postures that relieved me, I worked on my breathing. Little by little, my cycles became more fluid and shorter. Yoga also allowed me to better experience the emotions linked to post-period syndrome, by reducing anxiety and depression. I adopted a more conscious diet, stopped drinking alcohol, explored an anti-inflammatory diet, and I got closer to natural wellness practices.
I then went through an even more significant ordeal: an operation to remove ovarian cysts, which led to cardiac arrest. After this experience, yoga was essential for regaining my strength, listening to my body, and restoring my balance in a gentle and natural way. I learned to rely on regular practices: yoga, meditation, massage, breathing, but also a healthier and more respectful lifestyle.
All these steps have profoundly transformed me. They have shown me that yoga is much more than just a physical activity: it is a philosophy of life, a gentle medicine, a source of resilience and grounding.

Experience
It was this path that led me to Guadeloupe, where I chose to train and become a yoga teacher in order to pass on the immense benefits that this practice has brought me. Today, I teach Vinyasa and Warrior Yoga between the Saintes archipelago and Guadeloupe, with an approach based on listening, kindness, respect for limits and the joy of practicing in inspiring natural places.
